A typical centrifugal oil-water separator generally includes the following components:
Bowl: The core component that rotates at high speed to generate centrifugal force. Its internal design (such as the disc stack) significantly increases the separation area and efficiency.
Drive System: Typically consists of an electric motor and a belt drive mechanism, providing the power for the bowl's high-speed rotation.
Feed System: Includes a feed pump and pipelines, which steadily transport the mixture to be processed into the bowl.
Discharge System: Usually has three outlets:
Clean Oil Outlet: The purified oil after separation is discharged here.
Aqueous Phase Outlet: The separated wastewater is discharged through this outlet.
Solid Phase Outlet: Solid impurities are discharged here (fully automatic models can intermittently discharge slag automatically).
